"Motivation" is a song by American singer Normani. It was released on August 16, 2019 by Keep Cool and RCA. It was written by Normani alongside Ariana Grande, Max Martin, Savan Kotecha, and producer Ilya. It marked the first time Normani released a solo song unaccompanied by another artist.

"Motivation" peaked within the Top 40 in ten countries, including the US and UK, and reached the top ten of the Dance Club Songs chart. It was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and earned a Diamond certification in Brazil.
